Shipping & the pallet

One pallet, one departure.

WINECIDE doesn't ship parcels every day — we ship one consolidated pallet per drop. It's the reason €249 of grower Champagne costs €199 here. Fewer trips, fewer middlemen, less money wasted on logistics: the saving goes into your glass.

How it works

• You order and pay today. Your bottles are locked on the pallet.
• The load leaves when the pallet is full or on the deadline shown on the drop page — whichever comes first. The golden rule: we never hold you hostage. On the deadline, the truck leaves anyway, full or not.
• The delivery window is written on the product page and in your cart. For Drops 01–04: the load ships on September 30 and lands at your door in the following 1–2 weeks (Italy; a few days more across Europe).

Where we deliver

Italy, all of Europe (EU, Switzerland, UK) and many destinations beyond — the same trusted courier for every parcel. Outside the EU, customs duties and import rules are the customer's responsibility. After departure, delivery lands in Italy in 1–2 weeks; the rest of Europe takes a few days more; further destinations depend on customs.

Insured, always

Transport is insured. If the box arrives damaged or wet, photograph everything as you open it — the parcel as received, the opening, and the broken bottle with its label in view — and send it within 7 days of delivery: the refund is immediate, nothing to send back. Photos are your evidence; no evidence, no case.

Adults only

We sell alcohol to customers aged 18+ only. Age is verified at checkout, and the courier may ask for ID on delivery.
