**Shipping Policy — WINECIDE**

**One truck, one departure.** We don't ship parcels every day: each drop fills its own pallet, and one consolidated truck leaves for all drops — that's why the price is what it is. The departure date and delivery window are always shown on the product page and in the cart. For Drops 01–04: the truck leaves on September 30, delivery lands in the following 1–2 weeks.

**The golden rule.** The truck leaves at the deadline no matter what, full pallets or not. Nobody is ever held hostage.

**Where we deliver.** Italy, all of Europe (EU, Switzerland, UK) and many destinations beyond — the same trusted courier for every parcel. Outside the EU, customs duties and import rules are the customer's responsibility. After departure, delivery lands in Italy in 1–2 weeks; the rest of Europe takes a few days more; further destinations depend on customs.

**Insured, always.** Transport is insured. If the box arrives damaged or wet, photograph everything as you open it — the parcel as received, the opening, and the broken bottle with its label in view — and send it within 7 days of delivery: the refund is immediate, nothing to send back. Photos are your evidence; no evidence, no case.

**18+ only.** Alcohol is delivered to adults; the courier may ask for ID.
