**Refund Policy — WINECIDE**

**The mystery pact.** Every WINECIDE drop is a blind box: producers and labels are sealed until your box arrives, and the selection is entirely at our discretion. By ordering, you knowingly accept this — it's the game, and it's why the price is what it is.

**What we never refund.** Taste. If a bottle isn't your style, that's part of the pact — no returns, no refunds, no exceptions for the labels revealed on arrival. Bottles pictured on the site are past evidence, for display only, and are never the bottles you'll receive.

**What we always refund.** Broken bottles: transport is insured. Photograph everything as you open a damaged or wet box — the parcel, the opening, the broken bottle with its label in view — and send it within 7 days: the refund is immediate, nothing to send back. Photos are your evidence; no evidence, no case. Unavailable bottles: you choose an equivalent (proposed by us, approved by you) or a refund of that line.

**Right of withdrawal (EU law).** As required by Directive 2011/83/EU and D.Lgs. 21/2014, you may withdraw within 14 days of delivery — only for the complete, unopened box in its original packaging, with return shipping at your expense. Withdrawal never applies to single bottles, to opened boxes, or on grounds of taste. Any diminished value from handling beyond what's necessary to inspect the box may be deducted from the refund. Withdrawal does not apply to business purchases (orders invoiced to a VAT number).
